Submitting your account information is super helpful.  It allows us to locate your account fast and complete the activation process quickly. Without this information we would not have any way to determine who owns the Machine ID that was just submitted. 

The account information is simple and basic:  Your First Name, Your Last Name and the Email Address you used to register as a member.

We've coded the site to pre-fill this information for you based on your Login Credentials.  What this means - based on what you used to log into the site. You can remove the pre-filled information and manually enter your own information.

If you have multiple accounts, you will need to determine which account to log in as and submit your activation under that account.
